Verification and validation: process vs procedure

Abstract: Scheme of continuous process of verification and validation is developed. It not only permits a software user to perform verification of results of every calculation, but also obligates him to do this, thus increasing the reliability of the obtained results. In addition, it is suggested for software validation not only to use already existing experimental data, but also to obtain new ones as a result of development and carrying out of the specialized validation experiment.
