The comparative analysis of gene expression between normal and morphologically abnormal needles of Scots Pine growing in the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone

Abstract: The comparative analysis of 373 genes expression between normal and morphologically abnormal needles of Scots pine growing in the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone was carried out. Differences among genes expression of genes number were revealed, the increasing of expression level of genes coding ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme and ascorbate peroxidase was registered.
