Abstract: Based on performed specification of internal conversion coefficients (ICC) for basic γ-transitions in decay of 153Gd and 160Tb, the anomalies in ICC, conditioned by penetration effect were defined and studied. For γ70(M1+E2) and γ103(M1+E2) in decay of 153Gd a penetration parameter in M1-component is measured, which is equal accordingly 0.8 ± 1.2 and 4.7 ± 0.4. The values δ are defined taking into account λ and are equal to 0.105 ± 0.008 and 0.117 ± 0.004. In decay of 160Tb anomalies in ICC are defined for γ-transitions 299, 1178, 1272 keV with E1 multipolarity and definite penetration λi parameters. For γ299 λ1 = -1.8 ± 1.3; for γ1178 λ1 = 2 ± 0.9; for γ1272 λ1 = 1 ± 0.5; λ2 =17 ± 3; λ3 = 3.8 ± 0.5.
