Institute for Nuclear Research of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Kyiv, UkraineAbstract: The practical possibility of electrolysis method of an application for production qualitative the films (targets) of the various chemical elements of the Mendeleyev table on very thin substrates experimentally shown. Some details of the chemical technology of electrodeposition from organic solutions, advantages and efficiency of the method for these purposes are considered.
