Electrical properties of indium antimonide, irradiated by neutrons and X-rays

Abstract: The preliminary results of research of monocrystalline n-InSb galvanomagnetic characteristics are given at a consecutive irradiation by fast reactor neutrons and Rhe 40 keV at temperature 77 K and subsequent annealing. The conclusion is made about an opportunity of use prepared on the specified technology Indium Antimonide as a material for low temperature X-ray dosimeters.
