Abstract: The development of noncooling semiconductor detectors of gamma-radiation on the base of silicon compensated by lithium was carried out. The testing of detectors on sources of gamma-radiation ¹³⁷Cs and ⁶⁰Co indicated that their registration efficiency was 2 - 3 %, sensitivity ∼ 0.03 imp/s/Bk. Energy resolution of gamma-detectors was 25-31 kеV.
